With their long horns and shaggy coats it is no wonder that the Highland breed gains popularity across the country, but they are also popular due to their lower fat and cholesterol levels.

We have developed a breeding programme that has enabled us to grow our fold (herd) whilst allowing each cow time to mature over many years. This ensures our meat is well marbled and deliciously tender.
Our Beef
We take pride in our beef. To ensure our clients receive the finest quality cuts we use a local master butcher, with many years experience. Our beef is aged for 30 days, which gives the beef its full flavour and succulence. We graze our highlands on historic pasture fields which trap carbon in the native grasses and wild flowers. This allows us to produce sustainable beef which cares for the environment and countryside.
